"This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great"

"Excellent amenities and great cooked to order breakfast. Cute well decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Diego helped booked our tour to the cloud forest with a very knowledgeable guide. Short walk to the town center. "

"We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in a family room. Comfortable beds with sleeping space for 5. Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. And our kids loved the hammock chairs outside our little building. Robert in the restaurant was a wonderful host every morning at the included breakfast that was delicious and so plentiful. The drinks and suppers we had there were also delicious. Drink service to the pool was a fun bonus, as Robert really treated us and our kids like we were friends. The hotel grounds were well taken care of. A little nature trail on site. We felt 100% safe with the bit of walking in town we did. Was nice staying away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. Would probably not be the best place to stay if you did not have a car. A charming town and hotel we hopefully can visit again someday"

"The stay was great, best shower ever, great trails around the property, dissapointed on the night tour would not spend the money! The food was delicious!! Would have loved to have some table games available as well!"
