"It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance."

"Great family run B & B. They were so helpful telling us info about Milan and giving us extra food to take with us on our onwards journey. You get a great selection at breakfast and plenty of it too! Quiet at night and lovely spacious room for sleeping. Very quirky Italian room which was very clean. "

"The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive.
Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite"
