"Después de reservar y pagar me escribieron para decirme que no estaba disponible, si cancelaba no me regresan el dinero aún estoy esperando"

"We never got to check in. No communication at all after the check-in time on New Year’s Eve. We were stuck staying with family on a couch. We had to contact VRBO support for a refund."

"Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful: the location, the rooms, the grounds, the opportunities for relaxation and entertainment, and the service! Special thanks to the owners of this amazing place, who stayed with us throughout our visit — giving recommendations, entertaining us, and preparing the most delicious breakfast for us. This was definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!"
