"Beautiful, great location "

"The best thing about hotel was the location - easy to walk to most places and there were cafes and restaurants close by. Stayed in a 1st floor room for 5 nights and my window faced a wall opposite so prison like. They were refurbishing 2 other rooms on the same floor so construction noises when I returned in late afternoon which was so annoying. The breakfast was the same everyday, only used it as it was comped, wouldn’t be happy paying for it. The staff working at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Towels were grey and there were old hair dryers& straighteners."

"The hotel is in a great location with convenient public transport connections to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and overall we had a wonderful stay."

"Room clean, but needs some upgrading, A/C not working properly, all options locked on the panel locked. Parking available in the shopping centre that is connected to the hotel for a small fee. "
