Liked the location outside of city centre but close enough to walk. A window with a view would have been nice instead of looking at an exterior wall. On-site parking very convenient.

This was a fabulous hotel in a great neighborhood! It is located across the river from old town with a really nice shopping and dining street just around the corner. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was ample space in the bedroom and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tickets to a flamenco show and told us of some great dining options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

The staff was amazing. The shower in our room was causing flooding in the room below so we had to leave the room until it was fixed (no big deal) as we were on our way out. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a nice treat of fruit and sweets and free drinks from the bar. Very thoughtful!

Nice propriety close to old town(a bridge away) looks new or at least remodeled , modern but walls paper thin . You can hear neighbors conversation and maid cleaning next room early morning.Strange, at least, when in Europe walls are brick and mortar!?Anyway they are very nice and front desk has an amazing team day or night shift. We were there 4 nights and ALL the guys at the front desk were top notch. It felt like a 5 star hotel because of them. All and all recommended for a stay in beautiful Seville.

Recommande fortement l’hôtel

Hôtel très agréable bien situé, proche à pieds des monuments (15-20minutes), personnels aimables, accueillant et parle un peu le français. Petit déjeuner copieux, et surtout le matelas très très confortable !!! Si vous êtes de passage à Séville je recommande fortement à séjourner à cet hôtel PS: Elsa

Lovely hotel in great location.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The lady at reception was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were quiet despite facing the main road. Shower was lovely but no fan in the bathroom.

Custo x benefício ruim

Um hotel em que o hóspede não consegue climatizar o quarto ! Ao chegar, nos colocaram em um quarto super quente e lógico na reserva informava que havia ar condicionado! Ao questionar, na primeira vez, disseram que a Central estava configurada para inverno em plena primavera !!! Estranho pq nos corredores e recepção, estava bem mais fresco ! A primeira solução apresentada para o quarto forno foi o empréstimo de um ventilator !!! Um absurdo para um hotel com diaria superior 1.000,00 reais . Na segunda reclamação , nos mudaram de quarto ! Era um pouco melhor (janela maior) mas seguia sem o ar funcionar. Outro detalhe: no primeiro quarto, havia duas garrafas de água, sendo una delas usada pela metade, lógico que isso depöe contra o tipo de limpeza realizada pelo hotel ! Três diárias depois , a climatizaçÃo só apareceu no ultimo dia! Outra coisa: cobram um preço caro pelo “estacionamento” Que é um absurdo, um aperto para entrar e nem sequer oferecem manobrista! De bom, ele tinha a localização e a gentileza do pessoal do café da manhã !
