"TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

"Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses............... "

"Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! We checked in early, left the bags in the lounge and explored the city. Check in and out was really easy and there is a toilet just up the stairs if you need it in case you get to the hotel early and are dropping bags off. The...

"Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend"
