Single-family house "Willa Sonia", 2 storeys, built in 2000, renovated in 2015. In a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 7 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (16 x 5 m, depth 150 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 600 m, cable car 7 km, ski lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, slopes 7 km, ski school 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zawoja. Please note: suitable for families. Hiking trails right next to the property. Possibility of arrival with 5 dogs (additional fee). Quad and scooter rental 5 km. Trout breeding 3 km. Waste segregation is mandatory in the house. Rational water consumption is recommended. Gas grill available on site (extra fee). SPA package payable extra: sauna, hot tub, towels. Possibility of reserving a gazebo equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, sink, gas grill, table, chairs, TV and lounge set for an additional fee (PLN 100 per day). Firewood (extra fee). Upper floor: open living room 17 m2, with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen). 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm). Underfloor heating. Deck chairs (9). Very beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. 5 pets/ dogs allowed. Available: fryer, Bluetooth speaker.

De ontvangst is jammer genoeg in het Pools en dus onbegrijpelijk voor ons. Hoewel we wisten dat er bijkomende diensten dienden betaald te worden, is de procedure ervan toch omslachtig en naar ons mening te vermijden. De villa op zich is heel leuk, praktisch en de accommodatie is meer dan behoorlijk. De eigenaar zagen we de laatste dag en die kan wat Engels, een vriendelijke man trouwens.

The house itself was great but do not be deceived by the advertised price. Our group of friends discovered that unless you keep paying for more and more extras, the house and pool is all you can use. You even have to pay for the roof-leaking room where the table tennis table is, if you want to play. There are extra charges for even arriving at 8pm, something that is entirely dictated by the flight times

Belle maison en Pologne mais dommage les surplus à rajouter pour ( salle de jeu , jacuzzi, cuisine aménagée et couverte à l'extérieur et sauna ) et la piscine chauffée par panneau solaire.

Dejligt hus, meget rent og flot. Skøn pool, stor og ren. Byen ligger i gåafstand med alt du behøver, indkøb og restaurant. Et godt hus og sted hvor man kan slappe totalt af og bare nyde livet.

Everything was a very high standard and clean the only down side was paying for extras which we thought were included (games room and hot tub) the lady who looks after the house was very friendly
