"Tür auf und der Blick auf das blaue Meer begrüßt einen! Der Blick ist unfassbar schön und zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit anders schön! Ronald ist ein Vermieter mit großem und liebem Herzen!! Danke für die vielen Anregungen und Tipps um Istrien ein Stück kennenzulernen! Unser Highlight war die Bootstour(WildTour) mit Ronald! Für uns ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub!!"
Unique, romantic and completely private

"Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie (5, 8, 10) für 2 Wochen Anfang Juli in dieser beeindruckenden Unterkunft. Beim Betreten des Domizils kamen schon die ersten großen Augen der Kinder und ein mehr als zufriedenes Lächeln von uns Erwachsenen. Das Haus und der Garten wirken in Natura noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Walter, seine Frau und die 3 kleinen Hunde begrüßten uns herzlich und sorgten für ein entspanntes Ankommen. Wir sind aufgrund der langen Anreise sehr spät angekommen, aber das war kein Problem. Für die Kids und uns wurde sogar kurzerhand Essen zur Verfügung gestellt. Einfach klasse.Der Pool war jederzeit sauber und lud mehrmals am Tag zum Erfrischen ein. Die Terrasse und der umliegende Blick haben jedes Verweilen perfekt gemacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto mehr als schnell erreichbar, ca 5 bis 6 Minuten.Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens lassen sich von dort aus gut ansteuern.Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlage hat das Haus angenehm temperiert. Walter war stets da um uns zu helfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten.Sogar ein gemütlicher, leckerer Grillabend wurde vorbereitet. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal!!! Wir haben es bei euch sehr genossen, ihr seid wahnsinnig gastfreundlich und so herzlich. Die Kinder und wir fanden es einfach nur traumhaft. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen liebe Grüße, Ivan & Steffi"

"Brilliant apartments just close to the sea, very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a larger top floor one which was greatly appreciated. Free parking too which helps. Beach bar nearby, a short walk to the centre of Malinska, lovely coves, beaches and walks nearby, all in all superb. Wish we had stayed longer. Don't miss the abandoned Haludovo Palace hotel nearby too, urban decay exploring at it's finest....."

"Great adults only hotel. Lovely very well designed room and bathroom. Really lovely pool area, shaded lawn and beach, all with ample sunbeds. Breakfast was nice but some more fresh salad options would have been better. Easy walk to restaurants."

"This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences."

"The resort was extremely clean. Food at the buffet was excellent. Great service all around! Great little loop to walk around the bay from the hotel with a couple of beach bars along the way. No cash required which was awesome. Credit card accepted everywhere. Rooms were very spacious. Shower was excellent. Would stay here again!"

"Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great. "
