"Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour "

"This was the most successful reservation in my experience. You book a room in a guesthouse and get 5* hotel quality stay! Everything is brand new; fancy design, great details - like their own brook in the backyard, a huge common terrace and a private balcony with a view to mountains. Place is very quite, perfect for a relaxing stay. Kitchen completely equipped."
