"This apartment is perfect. Very comfortable, quiet and a GREAT location. There is a grocery store a block away; the S1 train is 2 blocks away and this train will take you to all the sites in Berlin. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Berlin."

"The apartments are new but the accommodation for 5 people was inadequate, we were packed in like sardines with no air conditioning, asked if we could get fans for the room and was told ‘it’s hot out here too’, we had to pay if we needed our towels changed which is terrible, needless to say we wouldn’t stay here again"

"We enjoyed the extra space and kitchen. Definitely more comfortable than the tiny hotel rooms typically found in large cities. The neighborhood was nice, with several coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The owner was always responsive and helpful."

We flew over from England for the 70.3 Erkner Ironman and he helped us with a couple of major issues that saved the entire holiday and participating in the event. We would happily stay here again. "L’appartement est bien situé, tout près d’une station de métro. Lit confortable. Quelques ajouts rendraient l’expérience de séjour plus agréable, par exemple un petit cahier expliquant le fonctionnement du four (pour les non-européens), un couteau de chef, des couteaux bien aiguisés et une deuxième coupe à vin. Autrement nous avons apprécié l’appartement, qu’on nous a permis de prendre plus tôt que prévu pour encaisser le décalage du voyage transatlantique. Merci beaucoup pour cela!"

"This flat was booked for attending a family event and location and accessibility was important. There were one U-Bahn station and 2S-Bahn stations nearby, also a nice supermarket and several restaurants. The flat itself was in the back part of the house on the ground floor. It was clean and well furnished although no washing machine. This is usually not a problem but it was very hot when we were there and we used more clothes than intended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this flat...

"Good central location - but quiet spot away from main rd. Near a primary school and residential flats and a park. Child friendly. Very good staff on reception. Clean room with balcony and small kitchen facilities. Very good shower. Great location if you want to explore central Berlin. A few mins walk from a subway station"
