The Ferienresidenz Zur Ostsee is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort of Zempin and has all-year-round modern holiday homes for 1-5 people with upscale comfort. Modernly furnished apartments with a size of 51 m² - 80 m² invite you to feel at ease with their cozy ambience and their own large balconies / corner balconies. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. The barrier-free and stepless entrance with elevator allow older and people with disabilities a pleasant holiday stay. Also for the little ones is taken care of, a nice playground is just around the corner. On the grounds there is a communal barbecue area and a laundry room with washer and dryer (laundry service available = 2 hours for 2.50 ���).

Very nicely furnished apartment with a large corner balcony overlooking the pine forest. The 2-room apartment is infinitely and barrier-free to reach. The apartment is open all year for max. 3 people and a toddler until 2 years rented. Your new holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, nice kitchen and LCD TV. The beach is just 150m and small shops, restaurants and the small harbor in Zempin are within walking distance.
