Zephyr Cove Home In The Hills, Lake Views, Yard, Hot Tub, Great for Pets!

Great house in Zephyr Cove neighborhood with little lake views!! Lots of room to spread out in this house including a private guest suite downstairs, a backyard, an upper deck and lower patio, a hot tub and gas grill all in a nice neighborhood. This house is very close to Heavenly Village and amazing Zephyr Cove Beaches. Close proximity to nice restaurant/bars, yet the house is just out of the busy casino downtown so that you can have the peace and quiet and take in the beauty of the sierra mountains.

Please no fires of any kind on the property except in the gas fireplaces inside during the winter.
Any guests beyond the number listed will be charged $75 per night. We will terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
Must strictly observe outdoor quiet time after 10 PM, due to a county noise ordinance. No unreasonable noise outdoors at any time. Be a good neighbor.
