"The check-in process was quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic supplies needed to cook and dine in. The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! "This is such a cute guess house. Property owner is super sweet and greeted us upon arrival. She gave us fresh eggs from her chickens on site as well as great advice about the area and places to shop and eat. The home is cozy, Clean and very comfortable. "

"It was a real nice stay.There is not a stove.The bath house was farther away from the camper than we thought that it would be. If it is very cool outside,you won’t want to use the outside shower . Miss Judi was a great host. We enjoyed the time that we talked to her.Her place is very pretty."

"GPS directions slightly off but host quickly responded. The host stated he has tried to remedy that but could still be an issue. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and nice towels. Quite neighborhood and would stay there again or recommend to others."

"This house was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in while visiting family in Zephyrhills! It can be a bit tricky getting out of the driveway since this house sits on a busier road, but it’s completely doable. The pool in the back was just icing on the cake! My kids enjoyed it immensely! The entire pool area is enclosed in a screened porch making it so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"WiFi and television did not operate. One bath towel in bathroom hanging over shower curtain rod. Towel wet, possibly used by previous occupant. Called Vrbo, you contacted host, reported to me he would take care of everything in 10 mins. Five hours later no one came to take care of issues. I left 10:30 pm: pitch black outside, moved to Hampton Inn. Vrbo offered no assistance that accomplished anything in following days."
