The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was phenomenal, and we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which honestly was one of the best dining experiences we had in Zermatt. The food and atmosphere were outstanding. The hotel offers pick-up and drop-off service from the train station, which was very convenient and made arrival and departure seamless. The location is truly exceptional, with a beautiful trail right behind the property and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Zermatt."
