Es un hotel muy agradable. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas preciosas al Matterhorn y estaba decorada de manera muy acogedora. La zona de la recepción es muy agradable, con la chimenea central siempre encendida. El spa es fantástico, se agradece mucho después de esquiar. Yo tuve una lesión y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de llamar al masajista para que viniera fuera del horario habitual para atenderme y ayudarme a aliviar el dolor. Respecto a los restaurantes, la zona del desayuno es pequeña pero muy variada y con productos de buena calidad. Nos encantaría volver a Zermatt y sin duda eligiríamos de nuevo el hotel Alpen.

Super amazing stay. Fantastic location, place and especially the panaromic room that oversee the Matterhorn! You will be able to see the golden flow on the Matterhorn at sunrise. Will be back to stay more nights in the hopefully near future! Staff was polite and nice from the driver to the counter to the breakfast to the pub! Fantastic!

Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in.

Our stay at Alpen resort was magical. Could be that Switzerland is magical but this resort was wonderful. We should have planned more nights here. Views are incredible and the ease of getting to r restaurants or anywhere in Zermatt was easy. We had 5 people traveling and the room with the loft was perfect. We used the spa and the pool area and it was also beautiful. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We did the 6.5 mile 5 lakes hike, definitely recommend, and came back to relax in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back. 💕
