Had a great stay at Haus Granit, three great bed rooms and a tiny 4th bed room. Very nice kitchen area, and two large bathrooms. Close to train station and ski bus making it easy to access.

no internet access or wifi and no cable TV or any tv from around 9 pm to 9 am everyday i called the manager and several people came to try to resolve the issue , temporarily the tv and internet was reconnected only to be again disconnected or lost overnight until next morning when it was automatically connected again . We experienced this issue eveyday for 8 days we stayed there. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Advertised as a STANDARD TWO bedroom with King bed. There is no king bed, there is no separate living room, second bed is so tiny and it's more like a walk-in closet. No kitchen, it is a kitchenette right behind front door. Overall a studio apartment with an extra walk-in closet with a twin bed. No front desk and was hard to get a hold of owner many times. Checked out immediately and rented a large two bedroom apartment for same price. There was no floor plan on Expedia but it is on other sites

Das Haus Granit leigt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Einkausmöglichkeit in Gehdistanz. grosses Gastronomieangebot in Gehdistanz. Das Appartement war nicht sehr sauber, im Badezimmer klebten noch Haare von unseren Vorgängern an der Wand. Etwas müffeliger Geruch im ganzen Appartement. Der Empfang war nicht sehr höflich. Der Preis war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung dieses Appartements. Es war ok. aber nur bedingt weiter zu emfpehlen.

Nice small two bedroom close to transportation

We only had two nights here. This place was very close to the train from Tasch and also to the train to the Gorgenat. Made our shirt stay easier with our baggage.

Close to everywhere in Zermatt

Hotel was clean and housekeeping lady was kind. Wifi was working good. We really enjoyed staying there.

Lits ayant trop de souplesse. Pas de poubelle.

Très bon moment, lieu parfait pour notre court séjour. Petit bémol au niveau de l'agencement. Table chancelante, que trois sièges alors que nous étions quatre et pas de poubelle, peu pratique lorsqu'une cuisine est mise à disposition. Sinon lieu très bien entretenu et accueillant. Nous le recommandons.
