Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.

It's a fantastic little hotel, location was great, staffs were friendly, especially Karolina. We enjoyed our stay at Zermatt, woke up to the beautiful view of golden Matterhorn. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Zermatt again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located and 10mins walk from train station and shopping area and restaurants. We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom. Thank you Bristol Hotel for that.
