Old, small 2-family house, 3 storeys. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: central heating system. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gornergrat 500 m, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise 600 m, Sunnegga 600 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony, west facing position. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
