Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Rütschi", 5 storeys, built in 2008. 7 apartments in the property. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Zermatt is a very nice romantic place for everyone and it has a special location, in the Alps valley. The Apartment Rütschi***** is new looking house with excellent location. It is very quiet und close to the centre. Everything was perfect about the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt incl. Anreisebeschreibung udn Schlüsselüberagbe war trotz Spätanreise unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit selbst steuebarer Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet. Leider war die Wohnung Mitte November sehr kalt bei unserer Anreise, da sie wohl länger nicht vermietet gewesen war. Es dauerte etwas länger, bis die Wände endlich zum Wohlfühlklima aufgheitzt waren. Der Wellnessbereich ist Finnischer, mit Dampfsauna und Frischluftbereich.

Really tidy, clean and in a good position.

Wir fanden ein tolles, modernes, top eingerichtetes Haus vor. Sehr sauber mit einer schön geschnittenen und eingerichteten Wohnung. Sauna war herrlich, leider funktionierte die Dampfsauna nur alle 2 Tage, dann wäre es noch perfekter gewesen. Haben uns als deutsche lediglich wegen einer deutschen Männergruppe etwas geschämt, da diese „Herren“ sich nicht wirklich benehmen konnten. Ansonsten kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

- sehr gut ausgerüstetes Studio - sauberes Studio - schönes Badezimmer und schöner Wohnschlafraum - Matratze des einen Bettes formt sich an den Körper (nicht üblich) - der Gartensitzplatz bekommt keinen einzigen Sonnenstrahl den ganzen Tag im April da ein Gebäude nicht ersichtlich auf Fotos direkt vor der Sonne den ganzen Tag steht - Schlüsselübergabe für Spätankunft hat nicht geklappt (globale Hotline hat uns jemand nach 30minuten geschickt)

Schöne Wohnung mit angenehmer Grösse, hochwertiger Einrichtung und viel Stauraum für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Der Skiraum im Haus (mit Schuhwärmern) und die gute Lage waren für uns ideal. Bedingt durch die Nähe zum Nachbarhaus, fehlte uns etwas die Sicht auf die Umgebung resp. den Himmel.

Très bien situé avec commodités proches. Seul bémol, la propreté du linge de lit laisse à désirer (présence de poils et cheveux sur draps qui étaient censés être propre)... Sinon très bel appartement plein de charme dans un immeuble récent

Trotz schwieriger Umstände konnten wir dank der Wohnung eine tolle Woche in Zermatt verbringen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt. Einzig das wenige Tageslicht und keine Sicht an den Himmel, die Natur hat uns nicht gefallen und so würden wir die Wohnung kein zweites Mal mieten.
