The Space:

Perched at the edge of the forest with sweeping views over the charming village of Zermatt, this studio is a hidden gem in the heart of the Alps. The final stretch — a short climb up a steep ramp of 100 meters — might challenge your legs especially when you travel with large luggage, but the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn rising before you makes every step worth it.



Once you arrive, tranquility takes over. The setting is peaceful, picturesque, and perfect for unwinding. Smokers can enjoy the fresh mountain air from the terrace. And just in front of the terrace, you’ll spot the iconic Gornergrat train gliding past — a postcard-perfect scene that never gets old.



Guest Access:

You have access to the studio, a terrace to share with 2 other entities. Kitchen and bathroom are private.



The Neighborhood:

The Steinmatt district is a charming, historic area overlooking the village of Zermatt. The picturesque Gornergrat train passes right in front of the house, adding a unique touch to the setting. To reach the house, you’ll need to cross an unguarded railway track — so please keep an eye on children and pets.



Getting Around:

Two bus stops — Kirchbrücke and Brücke am Steg — offer easy access to the ski slopes and lifts. They are located about 400 meters on foot from the studio.



Other Things to Note:

Zermatt is a charming, car-free haven nestled in the Alps — no traffic, just tranquility. Guests arriving by car can park in Täsch and hop aboard the shuttle train to reach the village. Once here, everything is within easy walking distance. Prefer a lift? Two electric bus lines and electric taxis glide through town, keeping your journey smooth and serene.
