"Poor isolation and construction works / heavy traffic right in front. Friendly stuff but some don’t even try to understand what you are saying with signs (no English at all). They could not even tell where the entrance of the natural park is on a map. I will not recommend. Cleaning had some room for improvement."

"Great location, helpful staff, manager SuTang was fantastically accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful feeling and is very comfy and welcoming. Located only 75 metres from the main night market in Zhangjiajie. Would recommend to all. Please be aware that there is a large language barrier and you need to organise your transfer from the airport prior as there is no hotel airport pickup."
