"Propery lacked 5 star qualities in my opinion. - no moisturizing lotion - no free bottled water, only a pitcher that was filled daily - the room safe was tiny, it BARELY fit my 13" laptop diagonally and ended up scratching my laptop edges, this is a big deal to anyone who plans to lock a laptop like me - small bathroom vanity area, can only brush your teeth in this area. Lighting is also poor in the washroom. I had to go out into the hallway near a mirror to shave! Even that lighting was poor but better than the vanity area - no clock radio, sure we all have phones now but I'm used to glancing at a clock radio to see what time it is, not having to bring my phone to bed and leave it on and grab to check the time? - you get 2 fruit once, your first day only - slow wifi internet, also a big disappointment I've stayed at 5 star hotels in Taipei twice in a year before this trip and it had what this property did not give me. If any of these are important to you, I'd look at somewhere else. That's what I will be doing next time. - Nice, friendly staff. It's too bad otherwise."

"二泊三日で予約。チェックイン時刻より早目に着いても荷物を預かって貰えます。（男性受付スタッフ日本語上手で丁寧です）ただ、その後チェックインをして部屋へ行ったら別の人が入っていてビックリ、受付でそのことを伝えるとチェックインしている人の部屋を案内されていました。今どき考えられないミスですが、受付の人は悪気も無く少し笑いながら日本語で「すみません」だけを言ってさっと新しい部屋カードを渡しました。（女性受付スタッフ、日本語が雑）部屋は綺麗に掃除をされていましたが、空調設備が最悪で説明を見ながら操作しましたが作動せず、寒くて結局は電源を切って寝ました。また夜中の2時から3時の間ですが、左右の部屋なのか前の部屋なのか出入りが激しくドアの開け閉めの騒音が酷かったです。8階のラウンジは感じが良く、ゆっくりとコーヒーとアイスを朝はトーストを食べました。8階のラウンジサービスが無ければリピートは無しですが、ラウンジサービスが継続していれば有りかと（笑）"
