Terrific hotel. Enjoyed our stay

We absolutely would stay here again!

If you are on a layover from the US , take time and stay here close enough to the airport by taxi! This hotel has outstanding customer service, we were welcomed right away and great customer service check in, they gave the kids welcome gifts, the buffet is great and taste is amazing and so much to choose from, this property is so clean and welcome, the staff here has excellent customer service! We will recommend and refer people to this hotel! We will be back for sure!! Quiet, very clean and...

Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite.

The location is in walking distance to the high speed railroad station. The hotel provides night snacks and breakfast. The room is clean. The coin laundry is available for the guests. It was a great stay!

One of my best hotel experiences. Wonderful staff. Good spa. Wonderful restaurants - though hard to book the seats.

This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

No problems - excellent experience. Will stay there on next business trip.

Very good!

Great hotel, near the airport. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were spotless. Beautiful property with extensive breakfast buffet.

Great stay with high quality fixtures/hardware and bedding. Conveniently located close to shopping, dining and subway.

Great location right next to Ximending night market but did not get the noise and commotion from the market. Staff is top notch and was excellent. Can’t go wrong here.

So happy we were able to book a room the very same day! Checked in during Typhoon Champi and needed a hotel close to the airport. A lot of free snacks, including instant ramen! They have free laundry for us. Room was huge for two people but had a small window. Rooms were clean. Hair dryer was so good honestly felt like a dyson.

very friendly and pleasant

I spent a week in Taiwan and this is my favorite hotel for this kind of stay. I had business all over the country, but hate changing hotels, so it served as a great "base of operations." The only downside is distance from the High Speed Rail station and the traffic during rush hours, but it's worth the extra time to the amenities of this hotel.

Close to THSR, any other transportation means.
