"Guests are very noisy. They start chit-chatting at midnight & 6am, kid was yelling & playing instrument at 8am, so we totally could not sleep whole night.
It is cheap so the facilities are poor and old:
(1) the toilet is broken but fixed on the 2nd day
(2) the sink in our room has water leakage problem
(3) the door is broken and cannot be locked
(4) the building is old so you could hear staircase sound when guest walk
The things I appreciate:
(1) super close distance to all shops, most famous...

"This hotel is perfectly located for any business traveler to YIWU market. The king room is very spacious, well kept and modern. The fixtures in the room are high end, AC works excellent and many options at breakfast. This is my 2nd stay at the Sanding and would definitely stay there again. "
"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Yiwu during my business trip and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. As a frequent business traveler, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.
The absolute highlight of my stay was the General Manager, Joyce. She is truly exceptional. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure my business trip was comfortable and productive. She personally checked on me several times, offered helpful recommendations, and handled all my requests promptly and professionally. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued. It is rare to see a General Manager so hands-on and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thanks to Joyce’s outstanding leadership and hospitality, my stay became both pleasant and memorable. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel.
The hotel facilities are excellent for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was impeccable every day, and the overall cleanliness is top-notch. The restaurant was also convenient for my busy schedule.
The location is perfect for business — it is conveniently close to the Futian Market (Yiwu International Trade City), making daily market visits very efficient.
The only small suggestion I have is regarding the fitness center. While the gym is nice and convenient, it would be even better if they offered a wider selection of heavier dumbbells. This would be helpful for guests who prefer more"
"The hotel itself was nice. Clean and spacious room. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The biggest complaint was the club in front of the hotel. That club opens around 10pm and keep the loud music until 3-4 am. Because of that, window and whole room got vibrates. I was able to sleep only 2-4 hours only, which made me sick during my trip. It’a such a nice hotel, but I wouldn’t go there anymore."
The International Trade City, Yiwu - Marriott Executive Apartments
10/10 Excellent
"I had a fantastic stay at the Yiwu Marriott Hotel. The location is perfect—right next to District 1 of the International Trade City, which made everything so convenient. There’s also a shopping mall nearby, ideal for an evening stroll or grabbing dinner after a long day. The night market is only about a 6-minute drive away and is definitely worth visiting.
The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. I stayed in the apartments, and while the breakfast selection there was slightly more limited compared to the main hotel, there was still a good variety. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of options available.
The Chinese restaurant was absolutely lovely, with great food and a nice atmosphere. The only small point is that having a few more English-speaking staff would make the experience even smoother. The City Bistro, in my opinion, was slightly overpriced compared to other options nearby.
Overall, the staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. It really has everything you would expect from a solid 4-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again!"
"Walking distance to the metro. Outside hotel so dirty and smelly. Away from tourists attractions, the only best service from breakfast staff live station chef and the lady from Nepal Mona excellent service "
