"The hotel is both charming and ideally located for easy access to local attractions. Our room was very nice, with a particularly comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, and the gym was impressively well-equipped—far better than is typical for city hotels. The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response. That said, once we arrived, the staff were highly helpful and accommodating."

"The hotel was clean and modern. It's just that the hotel didn't provide extra services such as transfer from and to hotel. They didnt recomend a third party service either. Other than, everything was good. We didnt try the restaurant. I borrowed a luggage scale from the receptionist so that was helpful. "
