During breakfast staff took forever to come and serve and a few times I would wait over 30mins before anyone attended to me. "The Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel was a delight to stay at. The ambiance is just perfect to introduce you to your African adventure. The staff were uniformly helpful, polite, and welcoming. The shuttle service into town was welcome and the drivers exceptionally wonderful helping coordinate taxis to additional off site restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Kudos to the management!"
