"Centrally located minutes walk to restaurants, market place, & more. I had the most incredible customer service rep upon my signing in his name was Vincent. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Clean rooms and bathroom. Small but has everything available. For the price, you can't beat it! I would recommend N1 Hotel to anyone traveling to Victoria Falls Zimbabwe,"

"Great atmosphere. Not so modern but had a nice rustic flair to it. Overlooking a watering hole where some wild life visited like wart hogs, impalas, ibis and vultures."

"The hotel is in a good location. The bed was comfortable and clean. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and could use a refurb - especially the bathrooms. There was a strong smell on cigarette smoke on the floor and rooms, which i mentioned to housekeeping and was advised a guest might have been smoking, but it was more that than. Generally, this was good comfortable hotel and it was decent value for the price."

"This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond."

"The Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel was a delight to stay at. The ambiance is just perfect to introduce you to your African adventure. The staff were uniformly helpful, polite, and welcoming. The shuttle service into town was welcome and the drivers exceptionally wonderful helping coordinate taxis to additional off site restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Kudos to the management!"
