The 54 m² holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained condominium complex on the second floor (attic) of the front building, which is constructed in a North German style with a wood-clad gable and wooden windows.

The open-plan kitchen with adjoining living area offers all the comforts for short- and long-term guests. It features a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous electric kitchen appliances.

The dining area, furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, seats two. A separate, smaller desk is available for occasional work.

From the living area, which includes a comfortable armchair and a chaise longue that can be adjusted to the side, you can access the covered, west-facing loggia. It is furnished with three adjustable, folding sun loungers and a table.

The bedroom faces east and is furnished with a 180 cm wide double bed (with two separate slatted frames and mattresses) and a large wardrobe. The bright bathroom with a window has a shower tray.
