Alles vorhanden um auch einmal einen Regentag zu überbrücken. Gute Voraussetzung für Selbstversorgung bei den Preisen vor Ort. Geräumige, aufgeräumte Wohnung mit Fahrstuhlanbindung. Lage hinterm Deich ist natürlich unschlagbar. Daher geht der Preis in Ordnung.
