Apartment (No. 6) upstairs right is equipped as follows. • 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and 1 shower • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 children's room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people • 1 living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen and dining area • 1 balcony • 1 car parking space (# 6) • A dog is each in the apartments 4, 5 and 6 by appointment. On request, several dogs are possible. The floors are covered with laminate in the living area and tiles are in the bathroom.

The house Rubert with its 7 apartments is located in Zinnowitz near the beach and the center. • Different floor plans from a 1-room apartment to 3-room apartments are available for 2 to 5 persons each. • The apartments on the ground floor have partly covered terraces, the upper floor apartments each have spacious balconies. • In the upper floor apartments may be brought on request 1 dog each. • Guests can make free calls to the German fixed network and use a high-speed Internet access via LAN (no guaranteed feature if the router ever fails). If you want to use the LAN then please bring with you next to your notebook a network cable for connection to the existing network socket.  In the high season is an attachment or Departure at the weekend not possible for organizational reasons.  Please take this into account when planning your vacation.   We arrange apartments in Karlshagen, Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin and Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom.
