"첫 인상은 좋았으나... 세탁기 안에 방금 세탁한 수건들이 잔뜩 들어 있어서 관리자에게 알렸더니 5시간 정도 후에 그냥 놔두라는 성의없는 답을 하고, 온수가 안 나와서 보일러스위치를 켜 놓고 밤새 기다려도 보일러에 불은 켜졌지만 여전히 온수는 안 나오고, 이를 관리자에게 알렸더니 또 체크아웃하고 이틀 자나서지난 후에 ㅂ"
