The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant was excellent, they will try to do anything you request. Room clean and nice size. Close to a lot of restaurant and shopping. Very safe area

Enjoyed our three nights stay at a suite at the FOUR SEASONS. Area around the hotel is super walkable for dining, shopping, etc.. breakfast buffet, added bonus. Staff all around the hotel, including the front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange wonderful tours of an arrival. Heard Zona Rosa was the best place to stay in Bogotá and I can confirm that. Everything in the area is pricey, but is well worth it and it’s super safe.

The hotel is extremely good, and the staff takes care of the guests very well. The manager is also onsite, and for a brief clarification required, she ensured that she understood the situation and made adjustments immediately. One feedback - the restaurant staff could be a bit more efficient and take better care of the guests. The prices for the breakfast items we ordered, seemed to be different from the menu shared with us and when we pointed it out to the restaurant, their only response was...

We spent four nights at this very nice hotel. Service is very good, and it is located near main avenues with lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

The staff was super kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. Armed security in the bldg. Administration and security very friendly. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. It was super clean, organized everything is new and very comfortable 10/10 ❤️

This is now my "go to" hotel in Bogota. I shall return on a regular basis. The rooms are spectacular, and so is the breakfast (I had eggs Benedict every morning), the exercise facilities, and, of course, the spa. The shopping and restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel are indeed plentiful. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and friendly. This should be your "go to" hotel in Bogota, as it now is for me.

By looking at the map, people know it is a great area. BUT THE STAFF ARE WHO ARE TRUELY AMAZING. Gloria and Carolina ( who work with rooms) are just amazing. Such wonderful ladies. So attentive and nice. The front desk are truly amazing as well. So flexible. So nice. Lizeth and the other two people that work at the front desk are amazing like all the staff there.
