The apartment is located in the heart of a lush, flowery garden, 50 meters from the beach. It is fully air-conditioned and is located in Pinarello, on the ground floor of a luxury residence close to the restaurants and shops of the marine village.
The residence is modern with high-end amenities. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers a surface area of ​​77 m². It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The host appreciates that you take care of their apartment.
A large 32 m² terrace with a plancha/grill, overlooking the garden, pleasantly completes this apartment. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available.

The two bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The first has a queen-size bed (a baby crib and its amenities are available in the closet) with a private bathroom including a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined or separated, and has a bathroom with a bathtub. A walk-in closet is located in each bedroom.
The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dryer. The dining room is an extension of the kitchen, with a table and six chairs for dining.
The living room, set back from the dining room, offers all the comforts for relaxing or watching the 64-inch 4K HD TV and opens onto the terrace equipped with a plancha/grill and the garden.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

A 160 cm sofa bed provides two additional beds.

The setting is quiet and secure; simply cross the garden to reach the beach. A parking space is reserved for apartment occupants, and the residence has parking spaces for guests.

Pinarello also has a bakery and a fruit and vegetable store.

The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the town of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, where all the shops are located (supermarkets, bakery, tobacconist, hairdresser/beauty salon, doctor's office, the brand new decentralized emergency center, pharmacy, newspapers/tobacco store). A little further on, in Lecci, you will find a new cinema, a 10-lane bowling alley, and laser tag in the Galaxy complex.

You can go scuba diving or snorkeling, or simply relax on the nearby beaches such as Pinarello, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, or Saint-Cyprien. The Côté Plage Pinarello Residence is 50 km from Figari Airport.
All of Pinarello's beaches are within walking distance. The region's beaches are renowned for being among the most beautiful in Corsica.

Great week!

When we initially booked the house location and the house itself made the difference. Once arrived, the house was even better than expected. Jean Luc was attentive to help us find all details on the house, the parking, etc. Once we settled, we enjoyed the town and the beach walking distance. The surroundings are amazing: you can see the mountains on the back and the small lake. The place is very quiet, once you are sit on the terrace, you will only hear the birds chirping. We enjoyed a lot our stay!

Tolle geräumige Wohnung in TopLage

In der Wohnung ist alles erdenklich notwendige vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist unbezahlbar. Direkt am Olage Pinarellu. Viele Restaurants können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedoch nicht ganz so sauber geputzt. Die sehr große, schöne Terrasse liegt auf der Nordseite mit Blick in einen großen Garten. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison ist es hier abends also etwas kühl, was im Hochsommer aber ganz sicher von großem Vorteil ist. Alles in allem würden wir diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et propre. A 5 min de marche de la superbe plage de Pinarello et en face du ponton de Corsil marine (pratique pour louer un bateau).

Un emplacement idéal

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. La résidence est calme et bénéficie d un magnifique jardin paysager. La grande terrasse ombragée permet de prendre l ensemble des repas à l extérieur. Plages, restaurants, dépôt de pain, loisirs type plongée, location bateaux, jetskis à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l écoute. Que du positif.
