The hotel is more like an upscale gasthaus. Lovely dining area for breakfast and attached restaurant for dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available. The rooms are plain and roomy. Small bathroom but very adequate. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a very nice rental. Everything about the room was nice. It was exactly as described. My only concern was the loud Uber drivers outside the window, which was not the fault of the hotel but I didn't know how to call the police about it. We did ask for more coffee but they didn't give us enough for our stay of 10 days. We asked for more dishwasher detergent but they didn't give us that either. Great Place to relax, no Air-conditioning was the only down side

This was a very fun place to stay at. Gorgeous setting, very unique apt and with the brew pub downstairs we couldn’t asked for anything better.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, so we stayed there another day. Parking is under the hotel (for fee).

Beautiful property in a renovated 18th century castle, located in a public park. Definitely has that a special flair of a historic property. Only 15 rooms. The rooms are modern and convenient. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We spent two relaxing and nights here. Will absolutely come again next time I am in the Chemnitz area.

Room was large with enough beds to sleep 5 people. Everything was clean and free breakfast was excellent and there were lots of options to choose from. Loved that this was just a short walking distance to Sonnenlandpark so we kept car in the hotel parking lot and walked into the park. It was tough finding a parking spot at night when we arrived as the lot was pretty full but managed to park on the side of the patio. I would definitely stay there again if going to that park.
