"La experiencia fue muy mala. Habían registrado mal la reserva por lo que no estaba disponible la habitación para cuatro personas que habíamos contratado. Tuvimos que salir a buscar otro alojamiento de apuro, en una ciudad cara y sobre ocupada. No hicieron esfuerzos por solucionar ni compensar de alguna manera el perjuicio que nos generaron, ni siquiera nos ayudaron con la búsqueda de otro lugar. Cero hospitalidad, empatía ni cooperación."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"I was over for two athletic club games it’s literally a 3 minute walk from the stadium perfect location, it is right above the bus station and has its own gym and the staff were brilliant and helpful, has everything you need and more perfect location for a walk to the city in 5 minutes maybe 20 minute walk from the old town. I will certainly be back to resa San mames when in Bilbao again"
