"The staff was very nice and helped me ship my luggage to my next hotel. The area is close by the Asachi market and an old woman who sells homemade onigiris by that market every morning at 7am. The location is 10 mins from Sendai station and 8 mins from Adobori station which is not too bad. "

"This is a great hotel that has bigger rooms than most Japanese hotels. It’s very clean, modern and ample with enough stirgare and a little desk. Easy to locate, close to station and many options to eat close by. Staff is very friendly and provides recommendations around the city. I did not try the breakfast, but looked good to. This will be our go to hotel for any future Sendai trip for sure."

"Don't expect a view, easy and simple check and check out. In the heart of a shopping area with lots of options for food near by. Interesting breakfast options of a chicken omelette or shrimp, mushroom and bacon spaghetti. Overall very nice room and stay."

"In general, most accommodations in Japan are well managed. However staff at Hotel Grand Beach shown exceptional problem solving skills and willingness to find alternative solutions for the needs of customers. Frontdesk staff, Yamazaki H, helped me called delivery service for an odd size item, which other accommodation have told me no can’t do. End result was I don’t have to carried the item on and off the Shinkansen for next three days of travel. Thank you Yamazaki-san "

"There were was en enitre mall between this hotel and sendai station, i spent a few hours going and looking at all thw different shops, the rooms were perfectly clean and the staff overall was very helpful"
