It was converted from the hay barn in the 1960s. 2 village shops are nearby. In winter there are well-prepared ski pistes and cross-country ski trails. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
