Charming house with large terrace and swimming pool is situated in the countryside, 15 km from Dubrovnik and it's perfect for anyone who truly wants to relax without the city noise.
Our charming house is situated in village Postranje, on the hill just above the Adriatic sea. House consist of ground floor and first floor. At your disposal you have ground floor (100m2) with 27m2 swimming pool and beautiful garden area. Ground floor consist of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-room and kitchen with dining-room. From the spacious terrace and also from the swimming pool you can enjoy in beautiful panoramic sea view. On hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the pool and enjoy the beautiful plants in the surrounding. The gravel- and the rocky beach is approx. 2.5 km away. The historic town Dubrovnik with a lot of culture and entertaining leisure activities is located in a distance of approx. 15km. The nearest beaches are located within a five minute drive from the villa, situated in the charming village of Mlini. These are well sheltered sand and shingle beaches, and are close to many small bars and restaurants.
House is also equipped with washing machine, dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, Air condition, TV SAT, LCD TV, wireless Internet, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron/ironing board, hair dryer... Free parking space is available as well.
