This was the last of five hotels that we stayed at in Switzerland. The suite was very spacious and beautiful and it had a dual washer/dryer! It was so nice to do some laundry and get organized at the end of our long trip. The staff was nice and very responsive. The location is a little off the beaten track, but close to public transportation.

This was one of the nicest hotels in Europe we have been too. The staff was super helpful, the hotel was very clean, very spacious and good view of the view. We loved that the hotel was set up for us with the baby cot and high chair. We were very impressed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the charge for the kitchen, if you wanted to cook they would charge you to turn on the power. We would also liked a gym or pool but either way it was amazing and would come back to stay with them.

Nice hotel right on tram line and close to town/walkable. We had a two-bedroom apartment- our only complaint was that you have to pay extra if you want to use anything in the kitchen, down to the silverware drawer being locked and no paper towels, dish soap or anything. You can use the washer/dryer 1x without being charged. You will be charged extra to use any kitchen amenities - just fyi. Otherwise, a fantastic space and friendly staff.

We booked a one bedroom and it’s so roomy. Breakfast is fair for the price. Tram station is right across the street. The staff is very helpful and she guided me how to use the washer and stove. Definitely will come next time.

The room was plenty spacious for three - my daughter was excited to have a room to herself. It was sweet the way breakfast is brought to your room to be served. The lady would brought the food each morning was very nice as was everyone at the front desk. Thank you!

Great location, very friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed and room we’ve ever stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room with a view of the city below. The breakfast service and selection was fantastic. We wished the 5 other hotels we stayed at on our trip were as great as EMA! EMA is a hidden gem!
