"The staff were great and it was great having them at the building 24 hours. The room was decent. The single had enough room to layout my suitcase and have room to walk around. The air conditioning was a life saver in the hot summer heat and kept the room comfortably cool. The location was also good, close to the train station. There was only one small set of stairs to navigate on the way. The breakfast was basic, it was sufficient to keep me full till lunch but nothing special."

"The hotel is very close to Zurich‘s train station, giving easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants and further travel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the hotel provided a more than adequate breakfast. One negative is the area surrounding the hotel, which can be noisy at night."

"Hotel is helpfully close to the train and bus station- allowed us to get around easily. We used the hotel as a base but spent our days travelling around to different cities and villages so only used the room in the evenings. It is worth a note that there is no air-conditioning when hot so keep this in mind."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. We found it very easy to get around and never felt that the location was inconvenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn’t ready yet, but the hotel went above and beyond by giving us vouchers to enjoy at one of the restaurants while we waited, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the lake. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. But without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely spectacular, with an excellent variety and quality of food. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich. Highly recommended!"
