"This hotel was exactly what we needed after a busy day. Highly recommend the king suites for families with multiple kids. Accomdated our crew comfortably. Staff could not have been nicer. "

Only complaint is that the electric car chargers were broken. Wasn't a huge deal, but call ahead if you need them to confirm they are working.

"Love the new feel of a new property. The breakfast was a little lacking as the food keep on running out and it took some time for the assistant to refill the stations. One coffee machine went down and only one machine was working creating a line to get coffee. Besides that, great location to come and visit the Bershires. "
