"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

I went to the wrong branch and I was kindly directed to the right branch and given guidance on tours. This gentleman was very kind and showed great customer service. The neighbourhood was vibrant with great street art and easy access to transport links.
