"Nice and comfortable hotel which appears to have recently changed from a Best Western - this confused our the cab driver slightly but we managed to find the hotel without too much difficulty. The restaurant menu is fixed so not really a viable option to eat nightly. However, there are good (specifically Bistro de Paris) local restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and restaurants in other hotels in the area!! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) but for a family of 4 it was as cheap to get a...

"After a 12-hour flight, I checked in at the CDG Hilton very quickly with a helpful staff member. My room was exceptionally quiet, dark and cool, with a very comfortable bed. I immediately went to sleep and didn't wake up for 10 hours! Wonderful indeed and just what a weary travelers needs. Breakfast and the fitness center were also fantastic. Highly recommend the CDG Hilton. "

"A fantastic hotel with a free, on-demand, shuttle to Disneyland Paris! The only very minor negative in the room was lack of utensils for self-catering. There were pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, but no utensils like sharp knifes for preparing food. There wasn't even a corkscrew!! We managed, but I would have expected a self-catering room to have a few more things to help prepare food (lunches for Disneyland in our case). The onsite restaurant was also limited in vegetarian options, so...

"This is a good hotel as the staff are warm , friendly and professional. The hotel is inviting and looks nice , very friendly for kids and pets. The rooms are standard but nice and clean. It is very good for connecting to Disneyland as you can catch a train outside the hotel in ten minutes (the fast train, which is excellent). Also the free airport shuttle to take you to your hotel only takes 4 mins. The kids menu inside the hotel restaurant is great with spaghetti bolognaise being the best…...

"We loved the entire Penta hotel concept and the pentalounge downstairs, enough that we signed up for the “friends” program. Only small complaint we had was a faint sewer smell from the toilet, but it wasn’t because the bathroom wasn’t clean. We think it was possibly because the wax seal under the toilet was compromised, and we just let the management know. It happens. "
