"Great property with view an amazing view! We really enjoyed our stay over Xmas. The property is 600m up so a little colder than sea level, but the view is worth it. The kitchen was really well equipped, the house was great to stay in. We paid for the pool to be heated which took a few days to get up to temperature. As another reviewer says stay on the tarmac roads to the house as there are some very steep roads. Access to the walking in the middle / north of the island was very easy. Would recommend!"

"The Villa is stunning. It was clean and roomy, modern and the view was beautiful. Only one thing, the Villa is very high up and at the time we were there, October, we were basically in the clouds and no sun and it was cool. However the home and view were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and everything worked beautifully. It has a nice A/C system and the bathrooms were perfect. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Olga and Alexander due to family emergency, they still made sure we knew about everything and kept in touch. There was a lovely bowl of fruit and wine waiting for us."

"We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back! We spent 5 days here as part of our honeymoon and loved it. We spent our mornings out on tours and the hotel packed lunches for us to take with, and our afternoon by the pool sipping sangria. Can’t go wrong with that! It’s a very small resort but it made it that much better - laid back, quiet, good selection of food options for me that were gluten free, and friendly staff "

"Villa was clean and comfortable and in a great location with an amazing view. The pool was lovely and one of the best we’ve had for cleanliness and not being too strong with chemicals. Alberto was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be returning to this villa on our next trip to Madeira, highly recommended."
