"My family had excellent stay here while visiting Rincon. John was an outstanding host and provided great communication before and during our stay. He took the time to share advice and suggestions about nearby activities. John also put out a plentiful and delicious spread for breakfast with a great variety including fresh fruit. The room clean and comfy. Overall, a terrific place to stay."

While the bakery listed in the travel guide didn’t quite live up to expectations, that’s no fault of the location itself—perhaps other dining options could be included instead. The place was spotless and incredibly clean. Communication with the host and owner was excellent throughout.One suggestion for improvement: instead of sharing the geolocation, it might be helpful to provide the mechanic's address and mention that it's right next...

"Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach. This was our 7th year returning to this property. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The Property Manager was response and helpful, check in and departure was a breeze. Highly recommend! "

"The property is located in a perfect location walking distance from the beach. It was very clean. It’s close to Jobos beach and all the restaurants. We went for a couples trip and had a really great time.My only recommendation is would be great to have beach chairs. "
