"The hotel staff was very polite and the room was fine. Our issue was with housekeeping. Our room was only cleaned twice during our Five night stay. We didn’t put any signs on our door. We would leave early every morning and return after 3. We had to request additional towels. I am assuming they are very short staffed. "

"The property was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is 5 min away from a strip of restaurants and there was a bakery nearby with warm soft bread and other options. This hotel is in the perfect location. "

"I felt $200 for the room was too much for the size of the room considering it was pretty small but I definitely would stay again if I find better prices. The area is great, service is wonderful and the free breakfast wasn’t the best but was good, and overall is convenient place when there are activities going on in Mayagüez. Hope to be back soon. "

"We had a great time on our scuba diving trip. Thanks to everyone at Lazy Parrot. It’s a very cool, laid-back place. Pool was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. And Thai food!"

"Great ocean view from the room we had, small tub on upper level, great pool on lower level both outside, very clean and spacious for sitting and chill. Manager and all staff were super nice. Roughly 15 min walk to beachfront and some restaurants. Our room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, AC in all rooms and very safe area. Overall Serenity was a pleasant stay for all our family members. "
