"It is a great place to stay. However, on this visit I noticed that it needs attention to the following details to get 5 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great because it is easily accessible. The room was nice and quiet and clean. Here were the issues: 1. Loose ceiling tile in bathroom. 2. No fridge in room 3. Small and out dated TV. Channels were not clear. 4. Ice machine was out of service. 5. Security latch was broken on our door. 6. Pool was nice and clean, but there was iguana poop on the lawn chairs. Leaves needed to be vacuumed from the bottom of the pool. 7. The Koi pond was extremely green and the Koi were unattended to. It was disgusting I felt sorry for the Koi. These details need to be addressed because it is a great hotel that I love to go to, but the details do matter."
