"Airport shuttle great... get a ticket from the Front desk and its complimentary $0.00. Staff were helpful, bed comfy and it was clean. Dining area a little olde however, perfect for my overnight stay. A 15 minute walk to Pak nSave supermarket and held luggage. "

The rooms were more spacious than my prior experiences living in a hostile hotel. The interior of the building was clean. Rooms were well maintained. The location is within walking distance to downtown Auckland. You may prefer to Uber, but I never needed an Uber. My legs got me everywhere. I would definitely return for another stay on my next trip to New Zealand....
