The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "We weren't in the room much asside from cleaning up and sleeping, The location is definitely the primary upside. I would say if you dont mind having a housemate type feel this is perfect!"

The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"
