"Front desk staff are very helpful in many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything work well.location to the beach is great. Open air lounge/reception area is nice to hang out and have coffee and padasel. Will stay there again."
"딱! 가격 만큼입니다. 침대, 타올, 선풍기, 에어컨, 텔레비전 이게 다입니다. 그냥 시골 민박집이라 보면 됩니다. 디몰이라 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 비상 발전기가 없어서 정전시 에어컨, 선풍기 가동 및 전기 공급이 전혀 되지 못해서 매우 불편했습니다. 무엇보다 숙소 방 바로 옆에 양계장이 있어서 새벽부터 닭 울음소리에 잠을 깊이 이루지 못했습니다. 도마뱀이 숙소 출입문 밖에서 목격되었으며 심지어 숙소 내 샤워실에서도 목격되었습니다. 직원들은 비교적 친절하였지만 정전에 대한 무대책으로 다소 실망스럽고 너무 불편했습니 다. 그래도 롤라스 로지에서 좋은 추억 하나 만들어 갑니다. 이 후기가 많은 도움이 되길 바랍니다. Pros: on the beach or right across the street from the beach (depending on your room assignment), kind & helpful staff, 7-11 close by, restaurants nearby/downstairs, vases of water provided daily/upon request, umbrellas provided in rooms, laundry service available, beach towels provided, shower is big size & has clothesline to dry bathing suits, drying racks outside each room, storage room in shower for toiletries, mini fridge in rooms, light on bed head board good...
"A room 2*3 with no window for the toilet smell to leave. Due to that a mattress with the mould. Extremely noisy AC right in front of the bed. Very bad. "
"The pictures that are posted online are very deceiving. The room has a musty smell and very dusty.
The management didn’t do anything to accommodate us or even offer to transfer us to a different room.
The floor feels unsettled.
I would definitely caution booking this resort. I hope the owner/management would correct this issue "

The Spool water coloured green !!! Im sure its full if algae I was wodering if they passed the Health inspection
I came in 15 minutes before check in time & the receptionist dont allowed me to check in so I told her I am hotelier & we allowed early check in even as early as noon if the room is ready

"We had a wonderful stay at Secret Garden Resort from August 2–4 in the Waling Waling Room. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, plus an additional washroom near the kitchen/dining area. The beds were comfortable, the sofa set was nice, the smart TV was a great addition, and the entire room was air-conditioned.
The garden area was beautifully maintained and also made a lovely spot for taking photos. What made our stay extra...
"Overbooked and no manager to talk to, instead staff placed us in a less than adequate place which is up on the third floor so we had to take the stairs and poor location far from beach and not of same caliber as described on website. The original place itself is awful not as described "
"This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to...
"No shower curtain. When using showing bathroom flood. No towel rack. No blackout curtains. Room was completely lit up at night. Paper thin walls. Could here everything from neighboring room"
